Exchange ($39/month)

Allow backup of Exchange servers. We backup without taking the Exchange sever offline and incorporating thin incremental backups. Daily backups are done in minutes.

SQL ($12/month)

Allow backup of SQL servers. Does not take the SQL server or databases offline and is extremely fast.

Storage is charged in the following way:

First 250GB: 25c / GB / month
250 – 500GB: 19c / GB / month
500GB – 1TB: 18c / GB / month
1TB – 5TB: 14c / GB / month

You are charged on your usage as at the 1st of each month in addition to your applicable modules.

Data Usage / Storage Supplied You are supplied storage and listed is the amount of raw data that can be stored in that block. 3:1 is our average de-duplication ratio for clients; however this will vary depending on the type of data backed up.  Your block allows you to store up to the raw amount, or up to the de-duped amount – whichever comes first. In the event that you go over your storage limit instead of being charged for excess data we will simply move you up to the next block which will generally give you a better price per GB. You may increase your package level, but you cannot decrease your package below your starting level.  Term We will bill you monthly in advance for the service via the billing method you specify. We will continue to bill you for a minimum term of 24 months.  Data Traffic We do not charge you for data traffic however you should check with your clients’ ISPs to see if they do. Keep in mind that our servers are on the WAIX and most backup usage will be upload – so check with the ISPs to see if they have different quota usage policies for these.   Software Updates As we develop our software you will receive these updates for free. They will generally be rolled out automatically with no user intervention required. We encourage you to offer any suggestions of features you’d like added to our software.
